I first studied yoga and meditation in college, and have continued both practices for more than two decades. I’ve found that both practices have enhanced my life immeasurably.
I love to write about yoga, meditation, philosophy, and, well, life. Over the years, I’ve written many blogs, and I am in the process of writing my first book, Joy’s Edge: Transforming your life through mindfulness, wisdom, and compassion.
I also love visual arts, and enjoy creating art from a variety of media, including wire wrapping stones and making folk art from beer cans. I find engaging in the creative process is incredibly beneficial for both mind and spirit.
