At the top of Horsetooth Rock, enjoying the windI first studied yoga and meditation in college, and have continued both practices for more than two decades.  I’ve found that both practices have enhanced my life immeasurably.

I love to write about yoga, meditation, philosophy, and, well, life.  Over the years, I’ve written many blogs, and I am in the process of writing my first book, Joy’s Edge: Transforming your life through mindfulness, wisdom, and compassion.

I also love visual arts, and enjoy creating art from a variety of media, including wire wrapping stones and making folk art from beer cans. I find engaging in the creative process is incredibly beneficial for both mind and spirit.
