Yoga Classes

Crow, in Horsetooth State ParkMy philosophy:

In guiding yoga classes, I cue for proper alignment, and I also encourage you to create your own practice by listening to your breath and relying on your own intuition. I provide options throughout class, inviting you to shape your practice by making postures more challenging or more restful, choosing movements guided by the principle of doing that which, in the current moment, is most beneficial for body and spirit.
